As a civil engineering consultant for thirty plus years, I have enjoyed working with clients and professionals on a variety of private and public projects in the Centre Region, and across Pennsylvania. This experience was frequently very challenging working in smaller offices having to adapt quickly to significant project issues, and a full bandwidth of civil disciplines (see below).
However, some things are always universal, and that is staying focused, organized, and supporting everyone involved so that you can accomplish some significant goals whatever that might look like!
In addition to commercial, municipal, institutional and industrial projects during that period, I also enjoyed working on new home plans and remodels as a side job, including my own, that will provide a nice base of experience for any residential work.
Finally, as noted above, I am forever fan of racquet sports with tennis, and “PICKLEBALL” craze, which are a great part of any community! You can never have enough of these spaces so please let me provide a quote for your project.

For over 10 years at Nittany/Century Engineering I had the honor and privilege to work with Chuck on a wide range of water, wastewater, stormwater, and a variety of other environmental projects. During this time, I found Chuck to be extremely well versed in the field of civil engineering. He has the ability to not only design the project but also conduct the project management and administration needed to complete the project. Chuck is organized, detail oriented, and well versed in client communications. He has the ability to work alone or with others on a project, regardless of its size or complexity. He keeps meticulous records and documentation of the projects. While at Nittany/Century Engineering one of his projects, which he basically designed and managed on his own, won an American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania Diamond Award for an outstanding project. I highly recommend Chuck as an engineer for your projects!
